Golden Delicious Gold | Mocktail

Mmm... it tastes like me gold.

Me golden delicious gold.

A spin on the Irish Shillelagh which is a drink made after the Irish fighting stick. This mocktail packs a punch in flavor, but not the booze.

I wanted a golden drink with a touch of red to symbolize the blood that was spilled in Leprechaun for the hunt of the missing gold. Take these wise words with you, don’t take gold from a leprechaun.

Ingredients

  • Peach juice

  • Quart of raspberries

  • 1 oz of lemon juice

Build your cocktail

  • Muddle half of your raspberries and lemon juice together. Pour into your ice-filled glasses.

  • Pour in your peach juice and leave about an inch of space on top

  • Garnish with your remaining raspberries

    Enjoy!
