Stuffed Chocolate Skulls

Have a dark lover with a sweet tooth? Let them bite down on some deliciously devious chocolate candies

I opted for the double-boil method, I have tried the microwave method once and destroyed my chocolate.

Stir frequently and ensure your water never comes to a boil.

Once your chocolate is all melted, pour it into your mold of choice and stick it in the freezer so your chocolate can start to set.

Since I knew my mold was considerably larger I chose to not pour out any excess, which looking back I wish I did.

Once your chocolate sets a bit, remove the mold and spoon in your jam or preserves of choice.

Pour over the rest of your melted chocolate. Flip your mold over so that it can fully cover your mold, and place in the fridge. (To keep my mess at a minimum I placed a plate underneath my mold before resting it in the fridge)

After a few hours, remove your mold from the fridge, and with cold hands carefully remove your chocolates.

If you feel like your hands are getting too warm run them under some cold water, or have a bowl of ice water nearby to keep you from melting your creation.
